Met with Marion, Leslie, Emily, Sarah, Nataliya, Robert, Jeff, and Tania for a Christmas get together at Razoo tonight. It’s so nice to talk to old gangs again. Everyone seems to like their new jobs. Leslie, the one who started the quitting train, is actually working for TXU now as a Senior Associate Analyst. Robert enjoys DSS and mentions that he has this “Joan” person at work. Emily and Marion, working for different company, are in the same building in Irving. What a small world!! Jeff loves his job at Esselor and is learning French to explore the future opportunities in France. Tania mentions a potential promotion in Decision Analyst next year and how nice people are in DA. I also have a perfect job for doing a PhD with flexible hours, comp cards and chances of “wine taste testing” in the office once a while.

Looking back a year ago when everyone is stucking in the same company and fighting to get out of it. We all came out of a bad company and getting something with potential. Sometimes you don’t see the good after you come out of the bad situation.

Now look at how happy everyone is. I think it’s a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for the “OLD GANGS.”
